Our weaving facility spans 350,000 square feet (approx. 50,000 square metres) and is equipped with state-of-the-art high-speed Air Jet Looms, Rapier Dobby Looms, and the latest electronic Jacquard Looms. The unit produces approximately 7 million metres of fabric per month and employs 275 people.
Complete pre-process facilities are available in-house, including machinery for Yarn Sizing (Tsudakoma), Warping, and Yarn Twisting (TFO). We also operate a specialised sheering (thread cutting) machine in-house for cut-work fabrics.
